I like this Path of a Hero Thing:  Caliban Timov I’m wishing I’d had something like this, and/or utilized it, while leveling up from say 55 +.

I think i would like it a bit more, if you could have one blog acct, with multiple characters under it, rather than having to log in as each character separately. But I also see how there could be privacy/security issues with that, making blogs of those with multiple powerful characters targeted for spam, malicious software in an attempt to steal their accts.

Speaking of gold, I made about 100g emptying out Caliban’s bank of all his level 70 gear and trinkets

I was rather hoping to more closely track his gear progression form 70-80 … but there wasn’t much. I changed out his hat and his neck prior to 80, then promptly got into an instance and changed like four more pieces out, and have continued to follow that pattern.

Good morning and Happy New Year! And a beautifully foggy morning it is. ^_^

Well, I haven’t been overly consistent with updating this, but I haven’t been really pimping it, so that’s okay.

I did manage to make it to midnight last night, and rung in the New Year finishing my last quest in Grizzly Hills, escorting Mr. Floppy and his companion to safety.

The Gnome has reached 80! This happened sometime after finals, I think it was the Monday before Christmas. I was immediately sucked into a Sartherion raid, and managed to get through the lag, get trained and get there before they killed all the drakes.

Have done a single 10-man Naxx clear, and walked out with about four pieces of upgrade. Till then, I think I had only replaced my neck and my hat from quest rewards.

I started in Howling Fjord, then did all of Borean Tundra, Dragonblight and Sholazar Basin and dinged 80 somewhere in the basin. I will be finishing out the zones both for the achievements and the gold.

I’m about 2 days away from Exalted with the Kau’lak (yay penguin pet) and other than that, I’m not really keeping close track.

Speaking of achievements, Caliban has the Merrymaker title! I’m looking towards the Elders achievement, which shouldn’t be too hard, and the Love is in the Air achievement, which I have NO clue how its going to happen in 6 days. Especially with that stupid buff taking an hour to wear off.

Well, I’m a might peckish and am going to go grab some breakfast. Happy New year!
